Bruce less successful issuing HEMP's financials on time.

Bruce has been very successful at selling shares of HEMPINC and pocketing the proceeds.

Perlowin still hasn't filed HEMP's 3Q/17 financial report with OTCMarkets, which is why the stock was "downtiered" last week to OTC Pink Limited Information status and acquired a "Yield Sign":

The report was due on Nov 14, and a NoLF (Notice of Late Filing) could have been filed on Nov 15 to extend the filing date until Monday, Nov 20.

Bruce didn't file the NoLF by the 15th, so the stock was "downtiered" to Pink Limited (from Pink Current) on Nov 16.

I had thought that perhaps Perlowin didn't file the NoLF because he planned to file the report itself by the end of the week, but he's missed that estimate and the extended date of Nov 20.

Considering the fact that HEMP has gagged the Transfer Agent and planned to issue the share count to the world in the quarterly and annual filings, it's rather amusing to me that he's missed the due date.

I guess he was too busy promoting his Kins Domain and helping Freedom Leaf sell its NuAxon BioScience extractors at the marijuana conference in Vegas to work on the 3Q/17 financial report for HEMP's shareholders.

Maybe he sees the writing on the wall with the SEC case against him and Epling.
