Good question. The split was to happen 22 days after the last filing, it has been over a month. incentive was mentioned in the filing. I do not think there was enough incentive for it to happen. Most reverse splits happen to move into a new market and attract different buyers, the split would of put us at .28 cents leaving the company in the same market and not attracting any new buyers. This is just my opinion take it for what it is worth.
