There was a serious drop in volume the week prior to the spike. In fact I posted that Friday night that this one may be going back to sleep before long. The decrease was that bad. Monday it broke and Tuesday was the spike. Coupled with the holiday it isn't surprising or worrying to me. Problem is we tend to want everything to happen immediately and that doesn't happen much in the OTC.
