I do not believe Hydrapharm is violating patient law. They are probably violating copyright laws of the US. The stiring the pot for action against Hydrapharm will do much more harm than good. IMO.

However i am very glad Anatabloc is once again available to me and others. I believe at this time that is the most IMPORTANT CONSIDERATION for the good of many people.

The BK will work itself out one way or the other. And BTW, the total money truly owed to Creditors is probably much lower than the numbers in the BK filing. Somewhere around $15 million, so it is possible someone may understand the value and work a deal. But it is a very long shot,imo.
