Everything in your post I agree with........except that the LOI's are with companies that received licenses to sell medical MJ. The LOI's are with 2 of the applicants for the licenses.

The fact is no licenses have been awarded yet:

"The State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy finished accepting applications for Dispensary licenses on Friday, November 17th. The Board received 370 Dispensary applications. From these, the Board of Pharmacy is authorized to award up to 60 provisional licenses."

Five companies have applied for licenses in Erie County, where Sandusky is located. They are: Eagle Dispensaries 1, Golden Buckeye Wellness, Great Lakes Alternative Medicine, OPC Retail, and The Forest Sandusky.
