OTC, KEEP ON "WATCH". The SEC CASE, Heineman needs to let shareholders know what is going on with their investment. Reinstatements, can take a while, if there is no business plan in place, but it sounds from the last PR they have their direction and I believe they have been working for a while on that new direction. Whatever direction they take it with the debt restructured, with the reinstatement, and hopefully updating financials like prior pr stated, this is set. However keep on WATCH Closely, I am waiting on some information, to come through and will update you asap. Another good sign that this is getting ready is well you know why. lol.
