This was to increase the A/s Share structure, Transferred 1.75B shares into series C shares (2,000,000) What happens with those we do not yet know. It was part of their road map to reduce debt. Happened at the beginning of the year in Feb. Take a look here. The thing that bothers me is i notice back from crunching these numbers before that the o/s now and then seeing the lvl 2 bids is just about the approx amount of shares needed to complete all convertibles. The covering with conversions.
