I already have the official court transcript and judgement from the case where he was disbarred...for FRAUD and MISMANAGEMENT of funds, no less.

Joel is going down.

Also, weird that Joel hasn't filed any 10Qs since March of 2016 or a 10K for last year BUT, he managed to introduce a new company to market in June of 2016...weird.
