All I’m trying to say is that maybe he didn’t know how long it would take which is why he didn’t say it in the shareholder letter



What don't you understand? I didn't say he knew how long it would take, I said all he had to say is how long of an extension was granted by OTC. If an extension was communicated to him by OTC then he knew RIGHT THEN what the new filing deadline was. No guessing or speculation is required!
That would be the facts.
