If you hold shares of iTalk Inc. Common shares you are still a shareholder of iTalk Inc. even if it it's registration is revoked, the company is private not out of business, albeit we would still be the lowest class level with no SEC protection, for what that's worth in this situation wink.

If FX1 Mobile or UMS,LLC merge, reverse merge, take over iTalk Inc. we would be included I think. That's if it happens, and it's a big if right now with current information.

I think your comment makes sense there must be a time-frame before the ticker is available for another company, I'm not sure this is kind of uncharted territory for me, looking forward to see how it works if it does at all.

Read an article recently that companies are allowing their securities to be revoked so they are only responsible for filing the prior 2 years of filings once they do reinstate. With all of the UMS back and forth are they aren't they...this would probably benefit iTALK.


With Lee still acting as President of iTalk Inc. not sure if there would be a need for a merger at all at this point. Perhaps... maybe...
