Note: OTC filings (and filings in general) DO NOT have to be GAAP compliant, though yes its helpful. In fact many companies, even in the S&P and other big markets don't file to GAAP principles or stretch such principles in their favour as much as possible. Any demand for such a requirement from anyone means they don't truly know what's going on. SEC may crack down but they will start with big companies first. You can argue who is more believable or point out spelling mistakes as the reason to invest or not, but those choices are up to you. Company has NOT been pumping and dumping on their shareholders. There HAS NOT been a ton of dilution. Take that as you may but bloated pumping pigs get chased constantly in the OTC. Play the game, play for money.
