MHTX is flat and has trickled off for years due to Marv's and Manny's incredible tomfoolery.

They, and their passel of stooges fly under the radar because MHTX is not worth pursuing by the toothless SEC. These guys are crooks. Every move they make is cloaked, and is of benefit only to the insiders.
