FB update:Filing will be out tomorrow. Amps $4.7M revenue*in*footnote

Shareholders: The filing got delayed due to complexities associated with getting Amps financials into the filing. The financials couldn't be consolidated this quarter due to how late in the 3rd quarter we made the purchase of Amps Electric and the method of accounting being used. But, the filing will be out tomorrow in any event, and in the footnotes you will see that Amps did have 4.7 Million in revenues thus far. In the future we will consolidate the financials. Again, we apologize for the delay.
