Service Team Inc. Reports Results For Fiscal Year Ending August 31, 2017
VILLA PARK, CA / ACCESSWIRE / November 20, 2017 / Robert L. Cashman, President of Service Team Inc. (OTC PINK: SVTE) announced that Service Team Inc. has completed its accounting for fiscal year end, August 31, 2017.
The company will report sales of $3,673,622 for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2017. This compares to sales of $3,030,734 for the prior fiscal year. This represents an increase of 21 percent. The company also reported sales of $968,397 for the fourth quarter of fiscal year ending August 31, 2017. This compares to sales in the same period in the prior year of $383,445.
Cashman also stated that the company has been approved by the Depository Trust Corporation (DTC) to use the DWAC computerized stock certificate issuance.
Cashman also indicated that the company's requested change of domicile from Nevada to Wyoming has been approved by the Federal Investment Regulatory Agency (FINRA).
Service Team Inc. through its Delta Stag Division manufactures refrigerated and dry freight truck bodies and vans primarily for the food industries. The company has a backlog of orders for more than two months' production.
