American Green's official response is highly unprofessional. On the OTC Watch board, a user asked if the Grow Op failure has been announced yet. Here is the company's reply:

What failure? It would probably be done already if you hadn’t been wasting people’s time with fake requests for tours and information . You are disingenuous in your claims to be defending the shareholder. You are in fact the cause of the challenges facing shareholders and when they figure that out, I expect they’ll chase you down Beverly Hills Drive mercilessly ‘Sharon.’

Ouch. Are they really going to say the Grow Op would be done already if it weren't for this one person? Seriously?

How about the wasted $1 million so far, two years of dragging their feet, and little to show for it?

Very unprofessional and rude of them. It's like a bunch of teenagers run this company having to resort to personal attacks on individuals. Apparently this single individual is the cause of "challenges facing shareholders", and not the 17 billion outstanding shares or $33 million accumulated deficit. Nope. Just this one person.
