How does one reply to your statement that the investors are awaiting the completion of something or else they will cooperate with the regulators?
This financing fiasco began probably five or so years ago. Nothing was ever produced except SEC documents showing lots of shares, no money, and no revenue. The investors must be brain dead to not cooperate with a regulator if asked to cooperate. The puppet master sells dreams, and has sold about two million dollars worth of those. This entity is a zero.
