No sarcasm handy re: the restriction to "listed companies"?

The petitions don't apply to IPIX and would have done nothing for the company's Mako situation.

The bulk of the problems that the petitions address occur outside of the universe described by the petitions (listed companies with institutional followings).

Abusive short selling is primarily an OTC issue.

But can it core A apple?
