I agree with that - good play would be to also look at larger npe's that could benefit as well.

I don't know much about VHC but they could, and I know there is one large canadian patent aggregator (wi-lan) and one american one but forget the name

The play would be to look into each of the names in the sector and see who could benefit the most, but it would take alot of research into existing cases etc.

Then have your finger on the buy button if SCOTUS rocks the patent landscape....which if anyone here recalls I have always said is BS....i felt it in vrng
