Both sides are worthless at this point. Nolan has bipartisan support of his bill--theoretically he doesn't need anyone from his party. Its odd that the court case has not progressed at all--I wonder why PLM's attorney's don't ask for a hearing?

I still stick by my estimation that a permit to mine isn't even close--possibly this time next year. Lots of time (ugh) for 3115 to get done. However, the republicans may very well lose the house and senate this next election. Then 3115 is toast.
