BEWARE....angel investors, restricted share buyers, people have been misled, lied, taken advantage of, financially hurt, legal law suits , based on the "word". Millions and millions of dollars have been filtered and funneled to get to this delisted point. Documented public info in the past filings indicate this. Do not be taken advantage by the "word".
