Depends on when we surpass $0.15. If after March 2018, the 1-year warrants have expired. Can't comment much on the 5-year warrants since I am not much into these types of securities.
Sure, there is potential for another 50M shares being issued, but these shares will also provide us with funds to really push through with marketing FlutiCare.

Yes, I am patient and have no problem holding this for 2-3 more years. I'm confident we will only see an RS for uplisting once the share price has organically grown to a reasonable level. Anything else would be suicide, because a subsequent retrace could quickly break through the price level that needs to be maintained for uplisting.
