CONSULTANT'S WARNING CAME IN THE MONTHS FOLLOWING THE MEMO

Your assumption that they were contemporaneous is incorrect.

After I learned of the consultant's concerns I shared them with the folks to whom I had sent my memo. Fact is they did not seem to care. They had become true believers. In truth, I was too but I steeled myself to sell off enough of the stock to get into a zero-risk position on the rest. Selling off my shares in the late summer of 2013 (between 5.50 and 5.90) was the smartest move I ever made with respect to NNVC, even though at the time I thought I was making a dumb move.

Problem was, my memo, which was only to shared among a small group of people I knew personally, was sent out without my consent and then went to Lord knows how many others.
