A doddering Geriatric Clown reporting "efficacy" of something on a cell culture or a patch of dead skin does not make something a "drug".

A candidate isn't a drug until it's shown to have a therapeutic effect in human subjects suffering from the actual disease.

Ergo, NNVC has never come withing light years of creating anything that could be called a "drug".
