LRD because merger/acquisition docs are not made public (which means shareholders can be kept in the dark), i'm sure Adel had an unwind provision in there that would allow him to cancel the transaction if certain things didn't happen. The only way we'll find out is when the shareholder derivative lawsuit is filed. It's a wait and see.
