And what if you see a HMNY filing stating they gave a certain amount of shares at $1.00 to $3.00 per share or less as part of the deal? These companies do it all the time. It happened to me in another stock and the stock dove off a cliff below the PPS insiders got shares for. Bottom line we have no info yet on all of this. I prefer to flip trade it when it seems feasible.
