I am more apt to buy into day trading/profit taking and shorting than a vast conspiracy involving a possible buy out suitor who will have to be vetted at some point. You can't blame profit takers for making a lot of money over the years especially when the spikes are as predictable as the tides.

All I know is that insiders have not been buying, but they have not been selling either. Look at the guys that PLM brought in to put on the board, and who they just let go.
