I have met Jack Mosel and he's an extremely well educated and motivated individual. He's working on a bunch of projects including Alpha, NJ using the Coates engines. He's very well connected and as passionate as they get. As far as funding, he is working to get the initial down payment (I'd estimate roughly $7,000,000) together and to me it sounds like that will take place before the new year. Once that down payment is in place, the balance of the projects is already in place. I believe someone has fully pledged $45,000,000 and another $35,000,000.

As for your comment about the doubling of this stock, you're absolutely right. It certainly won't take much to get from .0003 to .0006 but the ongoing dilution significantly curtails the upside potential. Point being they need the deposit and once that changes hands I think the game changes significantly.
I'll say this- George's H2 engine (Cummins V12) better work flawlessly or we might be looking at the end of Coates as we know it.
