Grabbed $MCGI here - excellent insider activity

The filing was a good indicator ans today's volume was even better. I waited out the drama and sat the straddle on 8/9 and hit both. I don't care that I didn't get 7's. Very happy with my first traunche here -

Obviously something is about to go on here with clear change via Filing and that usually precipitates much more activity and explanation form the company. Why did Armes wait until NOW- 16 months later - to put out this filing? Is something major about to happen here? The volume trends seem to think and this could easily be in high teens tmrw IMO.
