You are correct. So if that little news took PKTX to .18, just imagine were the stock will go with some life saving NEWS,. Level II just shows now how the stock is being played. A bid of .064 for 47,100 shares and a sale at .0646 for 58,404. Thats a difference of $28.00 on a $3000.00 investment. Market makers are having a field day with this stock. Patience.
