I have GOOD NEWS - somewhat?

After several months of fear - since Iam an individual, not an institution who can afford losing big, last night I went to bed with a firm decision to call Cannabics' both Maryland US + Israeli offices and find out who is who & whether this is a real company. My fear was stoked by their Maryland phone NOT picking up twice I called a day before, leaving angry VoiceMails. I couldn't sleep this night, was up at 4AM PST (2PM Israeli time) and called Israel, left VM, then Maryland at 7AM PST/10AM EST.

Long story short: Iam an Engineer (RFMicrowave electronics), also besides tech./design functions, did many customer.support cases so I know how to "get to people" - emails/websites doNOT work as good as old-fashioned in-person & phone convos.
To my surprise, today I got a call in response to my angry VoiceMails about stagnant stock - caller was David, their Corporate Counsel/Lawyer (who deals with SEC?). Turns out, they simply don't spend money on a receptionist of sorts and apologize for not taking phone calls promptly, but they returned my Voicemails. And they admitted being horrible at Public Relations/posting news, etc. because they're SCIENTISTS. Company doesn't/won't make revenue from "manufacturing", but from IP - Intellectual Property.

This their Lawyer David is himself aware of how good product is and yet how bad P.R. is, he claims he even yelled at Board of Directors for not posting updates of this business. They focus on research, filing patents & selling said patents.
As I worked for small R&D Companies prior, I know what it means - in science not much 'screaming PR" can be generated, it's more quiet than selling some commodity or Walmart, so turns out they're a REAL company focusing in selling IP (Intellectual property), e.g Patents, etc. Has signed some joint deal with Germany's "SIMFO GmbH", recently.
David PROVIDED HIS PERSONAL DIRECT office#, besides the generic# posted on Cannabics' and told me if I ever need to ask more - he allows direct calls (but doNOT ask me to post his phone# as I'd consider it bad manners, instead you can call/leave Voicemail on their main office# - leave your # if you like to talk to companies in which you invest).
He also warned me, Stock Market being what it is - a high degree of gambling mixed with certainty, but the company is real, mostly Scientists who are not good with publishing P.R./News, they're basically "nerds" - highly educated Masters, PhD's/Doctors, so now I worry less.
The lack of PR is simply lack of being "American". But the company is real.
I know what "IP Company" means - i worked for novel RFMicrowave Low-Noise amps used in quantum computing, and yes you can have a revolutionary/new products) coming up but not good letting INVESTORS know of progress.

They're also aware of a former member of Board of Directors, who separated years ago but continued posting personal attacks on Itamar Borochov - typically expected from a disgruntled employee esp. at top level (similar to Divorce :)), that weighed stock down but it happens & it was years ago. Heck, I myself (Sr. Engineer) separated from a company I posted a few negatives about it years ago, when I was younger, understood less, was less-mannered; that happens in numerous companies & CNBX isn't unique - someone leaves and posts on the internet "he said, she said" complaint. But it has no relation to company’s being real and its products being patented as per plan. That joint venture with Germany’s SIMFO GmbH (http://www.simfo.de --> is in German, click American Flag in topright corner to goto English version) is encouraging and first in a series, they also told me 2-3 years form now Canadian market will fully open, whereas in US 29 States still list it illegal and Sessions will go.

So I’d Hold &/or Increase position while it’s cheap. Remember, stock market has a gamble component, expect ups & downs but CNBX is NOT what i feared it was before this week. I found real live people, i did my research & contacted SEC. I’ll keep my investment in it, it’s not Apple or Tesla but it’s a good investment for those who can’t afford expensive stocks and bet on more dramatic returns.

I sleep better now with investment in Cannabics CNBX, but for sure they need to updated Investors better and bring it back to $2/share range sooner than later.
