That pretty much confirms that this shell is probably getting reverse merged into another company (with a huge reverse split ratio ...at least 1:1000).

I think it also confirms that Shi Farms and maybe a partner owns 100% of the Pueblo Farm. Which means that Notis' lost it's only asset.
