With the 60 min UTL now below the Daily UTL, there is a possibility of a Daily average P1 (D-1) which is overdue. With the 60 min UTL below the Daily UTL, the 60 min can now confirm a 60-S-2 or 60-2 phase without the Daily confirming a P2. With the 60 min MACD below the zero line, the 60 min can add more downside pressure on the Daily, until a 60 min OS condition occurs.
