Exactly and the other gem he spoke of was taken over by Joseph Arcaro in March and didn't really take off until August when filings came out showing the change of officers and revealing the reverse merger.

Arcaro took control of VUME just days after he gave up control of that company.

It's been 2 months since he took over VUME. Merger could be announced anytime
