Lol those analysis crack me up and use that to make money like any other hachet job. By the way it was downgraded from CCC- to a D too funny but name another well known OTC that actually gets a rating at all?

Yes anytime they file for BK a Q is given at the end of the symbol and they also lose OTC QX and will move down to pink sheets until they reapply back to QX like last time.

Stocks are cyclical and if you follow the history you can always make money.
