It is crazy how some companies get good QR's and go down while others get bad ones but put the right BS speech along with it and it shoots up. WIN usually moves like a turtle but I still can't find out what made it take off like a rocket today to see if I should still go long or short it at this area. I guess I'm going to stay clear until I find out the WHY.
