I would defer to the real experts on this board. I did not get a chance to listen to the call also, but if you sell the toll roads and do a reinsurance on lots of the book then what next?
Let's say we liquidate at $10. Snowball can complain about the give away to Esposito in the incentive plan and we could have gotten $15 to 20 where the stock was 11 years ago. I will say you are right to him and have to "suffer" with the $10 per share.
