I think it could be one of those funds. When they decide to buy, they buy a couple million shares. And with these low floaters, you get these big moves.

I noticed XIN was up also after earnings. But only 10% or so because it's not a low floater.

They can dump a million shares in less than half an hour as well. When they decide to sell. They never give a rat's ass about the share price.
