Maybe that's because all of that literally just happened? Clearly no DD has been done. Why would they "spew" about something that wasn't even known until recently. Several 8-K's were released validating EVERYTHING in your very first sentence. As a matter of a fact, one was released today, in case you may of missed that.

Fact of the matter is, some of us are still plenty green. Some of us KNOW what the company has to offer. Clear DD will validate everything they are doing and what they are doing is POSITIVE.

For those that are negative, either sell or be patient. I mean seriously. It's not rocket science to do a little DD.
