This is exactly why this stock is on a massive downtrend since the election. It's a psychological thing, the value of this companys largest asset (NOL's).is being used as a catalyst for dumping of the stock. If corp rate is going down to 20% and the gov is going to limit tax loss carryforwards, then boom there goes NOL value. That's why after buying at $2 and stock dropped to $1.60, I dumped it. I want to buy back in, but where's the floor? This BOD has their mouths taped shut,unless of course they are talking to insider trading/shorting buddies.

Never trusted that Charles Smith, not sure if I trust Whittingham, because his worming his way onto EC reminds me of the way Paul Ryan wormed his way into the Speakers chair and he has made more than enough salary (for doing absolutely nothing) to offset his equity losses. You are in bed with crooks!
