I never expect VGTL to hit the Penny Land again. But it should be easy to hit 0.0007 again in the short term based on 600M or less shares of OS and 2B shares AS. Of course it is also possible to stay at or below 0.0005 as its same-OS-count peer (592M/1.5B shares FTXED OS/AS) did (52-week price range at 0.0005 ~ 0.0001) v.s. VGTL at 0.0007 ~ 0.0001.
