It really is sad that Dieter played (is still playing) games with us. After 7 years of empty promises and lies, all he had to do was a very simple progression of updates in a timely manner through the proper venues and this would have built momentum and had a chance for a big run.

I think it is more likely than not that Dieter simply doesn't want this to go too high and draw attention to it. I think he is content with the millions of dollars he and Ana have been paying themselves through the years to do nothing but give an illusion there was an underlying company.

I am very empathic and feel your pain. I tried to lay out the facts more gently and was met with denial and delusions. I honestly don't know if he can ever pump this to 2 cents again. All I can say is be careful. Something is better than nothing and with what you now know, I wouldn't be surprised if this gets halted someday. The note is eligible to be converted in 10 days. The 10-K is due this month.
