I? think there might be more to this than meets the eye, as it seems there is an element of confidentiality.

Further, I? have always stated the settlement will not drive the stock, but a very good M&A will.

Taug has no debt, 2 million dollars, is current and would be a no brainer for a great portfolio private company to merge with.
