On your assessment "up until 2009" you are correct.The meetings and BO/partnership rumors from the EU/NY meetings in Aug-Sept did not pan out because they were asking for too much on the old tech. Their new filter is not groundbreaking and other filter patents work better and are cheaper - instead of spending R&D on the technology and drugs they spent it on playing with foam forms for the filter and milking SH. It is a shame they destroyed the company and it stills has room for potential but the healing will be so long and on the hopes of FDA miracles and even then...
