6 months ago, BVTK was at $.0006. It had a much smaller debt load, and the SS was far lower (5+ billion shares lower). It looked like it had possibilities, so I began buying then. At one point, I had over 44M shares. Now, all sold profitably.
Even if it hits $.0006 again, and it definitely can, I will not repeat my previous trades until or unless the SS if fixed. That is, even at $.0006, it is not a buy for me with the current SS. And, if the solution to this SS is to raise the AS, then it's still not a buy, because that is the signal that more convertible debt is in the future.
So, do I think it has hit bottom again? Absolutely not! There are a lot of dilutive shares still coming this year, and more next year. As the company continues to sink in its financial morass, those that see it as a gold mine now will begin to see it for what it really is.
