There is NO NEWS. What we have is a company—MSPC—that has continually promised current filings which they have yet to do AND they keep claiming profits that they refuse to submit as REQUIRED financials—they feign inability to file said financials but I’m sure they could make payment arrangements with a CPA/auditor in order to get these financials out to the public—if they were/are serious. They can’t even keep on top of current financials, and now they want to float a new IPO for a supposedly-profitable company—this appears to perhaps be a new method to enrich themselves at the potential detriment of others.
