So..LFAP has only a 225k market cap/value right now based on PPS and 25m OS. Absurdly cheap with all things considered before any company acquisitions or moves are factored in imo lol. Being a fully reporting SEC filer with little debt, paid for by company execs, alone should value this .04 with a mil market cap with the public vehicle IMO. Basing this off of similar RM shells and plays from the past that ive seen imo. Very reasonable MC. Now toss in some numbers in the mix with a few key moves, ie acquisitions, then all can see how quick it wakes and how easily it moves! Most wont even recognize til after it does either as we know. Usually how it works lol. We have seen it here before from 003 to 08 over 25 bags, I believe around there topped, and that was just from a LOI that didn't even close. If would have maybe could have got to .40-.50+ in short order too with this SS. I have a feeling this next company move sticks and game on. They may be being very picky about what they do next. Whether Gents is on the table anymore or something new I think he and the other execs know what it takes to have this excel and gain a market for the stock. Therein lies the beauty of buying a sleeper and why I love holding quiet, thin, tiny SS, plays that have big potential in very short order when they do wake. One day its just game on out of nowhere. Needless to say this went from 003s to 08ish in days last time and I'm very curious to see when and what happens next. Filing due in few weeks too. But I wouldn't mind it staying quiet for a tish longer either so I can semi quietly scoop more lol.
