AMBS is broke, in default and Gerald Commissiong sold out his loyal shareholders long ago
when he cut a deal with Jeff Fessler of SRFF and DGF
he was incentivized $$$ to do so and he hasn't looked back since
he is now fleecing the ADVX shareholders out of $225k/yr.
please 20-Mil. in cheap shares for doing absolutely nothing
all this talk about MANF test results means absolutely nothing
management couldn't monetize or obtain funding when AMBS was in compliance with SEC filings and had cash on its balance sheet
what makes you think they will find a backer now when they are negotiating from insolvency ???
