Reverse merger?

See my last post (147301). If such a thing were to actually happen, MTVX would technically "acquire" another company. However, the contractual purpose of the move would require Covey to resign ownership and control to the new entity who is looking to go public by using the MTVX ticker. Remember, this is exactly how APT went public... by arranging to be acquired by FROZ. Covey was later able to change the ticker symbol to MTVX.

Beware though... scammers like Covey and others often send out these secret "inside tips" in hopes that people will buy before a R/M is finalized. They'll take the opportunity to unload more shares and pocket the cash. Same thing goes if Covey starts with the PR's about "acquiring another business" and misleading shareholders into believing they have a piece of it. Pump and dump is common at this stage.

And always remember, a R/M deal isn't done until it's done. The announcement is just the beginning. All sorts of skeletons, misdeeds and toxic obligations are often unearthed as the new partner digs through everything the company has done. Those things don't magically go away just because there's a change in management or ownership. Before FROZ Covey tried to go public via R/M with PRPM only to have that blow up. The owner of that ticker used the news to P-n-D the crap out it and steal the cash.

Furthermore, guys like Covey often "fail to perform" thereby causing the deal to collapse. Some go into these things in bad faith knowing they'll never follow through. Remember, a public ticker is like a personal ATM.. a license to print shares at will.

"IF" a R/M actually happens, the new owner will compensate Covey with cash.. maybe a stake in the new venture. Current shareholder should still own their stakes unless new management screws them. A big reverse split is always possible and almost always disastrous.

Since you can't sell I'd say hold tight and see what happens. I certainly wouldn't buy shares of this POS until it's proven not to be a steaming turd.

Recent volume manipulation to create the illusion of interest IMO. The stock price hasn't budged from .0001.

The "volume before price" myth doesn't always hold true. Big blocks of shares can be bartered to a couple of influential/ most followed people who leak news that something is about to break. The only reason to tip off others is to sell into their buying.

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
