Just named MJMJ in Small Claims Lawsuit

I just had my lawsuit accepted by the LA Superior Court. Suing MJMJ c/o Joel for $10,000 for falsely inflating numbers and refusing to file 10Qs and 10Ks, which are required BY LAW for a publicly traded company. This scam artist took our money and ran and I absolutely will not sit by and let that happen. Going for a Derivative Suit AND a Stock/Drop suit.
