I'm expecting what I believe is safe to expect without needlessly inviting disappointment. It's the same old 60-70 cent distribution I've been awaiting for a couple of months.

There is a caveat in that anything higher will likely result in a sweet gap higher as folks pile on in anticipation of the next quarter's distribution earned thru the purchase of units at today's prices. There's not a shred of uncertainty in my mind but that our units should be valued well into the mid-$20 range at an absolute minimum. It is for this reason that I'm not thinking in terms of lowering my margin amount at this time as it would require that I let go of some ALDW and/or NGL.

This quarter has a lot going for it. But the next quarter, now well on its way, is being impacted by an extremely favorable crack spread in addition to our company being better recognized by the investment community.

And then, too, there's the specter of Delek the General Partner, consolidating us with their other MLP. That MLP, known by the symbol DKL, is also a high yield payer albeit not as richly paying as is ALDW. But we investors are not in position to dictate terms of negotiation so we may have to eat some disappointment. However, it may not come to pass any time soon so there's still time to reap the harvest and enjoy the ride.

And rest assured---we will be hashing and rehashing pertinent particulars as they become clearer.

Several hours from now we will probably know if we can afford to buy a cup of coffee.

If today's announced distribution yield is near my expectation, I'll be watching for opportunities to add---not for the sake of capturing a distribution but because I want a ride on a meteor, should it become apparent to all that it's what we've got here. I believe it is just that.

Happy counting of $$$ ahead!
